After graduating as a theatrical costumier in 1991, I spent the next twelve years working at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester. During that time I progressed from costume assistant to head ladies cutter (in 1999) and made costumes for numerous actors including Amanda Donohoe, Julia Sawalha, Gabrielle Drake and Sylvia Sims.
For 8 years I combined theatre work with bridal design and occasion wear. Due to an increase in demand, I have now left the theatre and can devote my time fully to bridal design. I believe that the skills and knowledge I perfected during my time in theatre along with a passion for corsetry, beading, tailoring and attention to detail allow me to create for you the outfit of your dreams.
